
Holly Hailey is an ambitious and outgoing legal professional with a wealth of experience in the field. Over the past decade, she has built a solid reputation as a dedicated paralegal, known for her goal-oriented approach and caring nature. Her career began as a Legal Assistant and she honed her skills from 2006 to 2013. She continued to advance her expertise at a local law firm, followed by a role at Michael Ruppersburg, Attorney at Law, before joining her last firm in 2016, where she worked until 2024.
Holly earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, majoring in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Business and English. She obtained a Paralegal Certification from Emory University in 2015, and pursued a Master’s in Legal Studies at Washington University, completing her studies in 2018.
Beyond her professional achievements, Holly is passionate about giving back to the community. She serves as a board member for Breakthrough T1D, where she was honored at the 2022 Gala for her contributions to the “Fund a Cure Family” initiative. Breakthrough T1D is the research foundation for Type 1 diabetes dedicated to finding advancements in Type 1 diabetes care and a cure for Type 1 diabetes. Additionally, her commitment to youth empowerment is reflected in her role as a board member of Camp Kudzu, where she was recognized as a Luncheon Honoree in 2015. Camp Kudzu is a camp for children with Type 1 diabetes dedicated to improving the lives of and educating children living with Type 1 diabetes.
Holly combines her expertise and passion for law with a heartfelt commitment to helping others, making her a valued asset in her profession and community. In her downtime, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family. Holly is married and has two grown children and two beautiful grandchildren.
