Michael did an excellent job with resolving a home insurance claim denial. It was supposed to be a simple and straightforward claim for a burst pipe, but the insurance company took months to process it before a full denial. This happened after we had been out of our house for months, and after many hours spent talking to the multiple adjusters and agents who repeatedly assured us that we were in good hands. Nope.
